Metropole

MELBOURNE

The Melbourne Metropole Central project adds 36 modular serviced apartments atop the Fitzroy complex, targeting urban professionals, medical visitors, tourists, and corporate guests. Located in Fitzroy’s vibrant inner-Melbourne district near cultural hubs and the CBD.

TOWNSVILLE

The Townsville Central Apartment Hotel project features 136 keys across 68 units in a 7-floor building. Scheduled for completion in 2027, it offers approximately 7,200 sq/m of modern accommodation and targets the growing regional hospitality market.

Robina Central Plaza

ROBINA - GOLD COAST

Robina Central Plaza features 100 serviced apartments across eight floors, including dual-key and single units. Spanning 12,000 square meters, it offers basement parking, sustainability features, and a rooftop infinity pool. Positioned near Robina Town Centre, hospital, Bond University, and transport links, it blends residential comfort with hotel-style convenience.

Albion Central Apartment Hotel

ALBION

Albion Central Apartment Hotel development is located at 33 Anstey Street, Albion and offers 13 modern units on a 623 m² site. Near Brisbane’s CBD, designed for young professionals and investors, it features 1- to 3-bedroom apartments with sustainable elements, secure parking, and communal spaces. Located in a vibrant suburb, it promises high demand

Bundaberg Central Plaza

BUNDABERG

The Bundaberg Central Plaza offers 120 serviced apartments across three towers, with a riverfront restaurant, café, wellness centre, gym, and conference spaces. GLADSTONE

Gladstone Central International Hotel spans 3,760 m² in the CBD, delivering 120 serviced apartments for business, leisure, and long-stay guests. Positioned near the airport, port, and attractions, it offers modern, flexible accommodation.

ROCKHAMPTON

The Rockhampton Riverside Central Expansion adds modular serviced apartments to the CBD, extending Riverside Central Apartment Hotel. Close to the Fitzroy River, hospitals, CQUniversity, and cultural sites, it targets corporate, medical, and leisure guests. Fast, sustainable construction supports flexible, tech-enabled stays, enhancing Rockhampton’s position as a key regional hub.

MARYBOROUGH

The Maryborough Central Plaza development delivers a story mixed use, serviced apartment hotel, with 72 keys, including 36 dual-key apartments. Located in the CBD, it targets the growing tourism market, retirees, business visitors, and event attendees.

EMERALD

Emerald Central Plaza is a mixed use, modular serviced apartment complex at 4 Opal Street, Emerald, offering 44 modern self-contained units with flexible layouts. Designed for mining, corporate, education, healthcare, government, agricultural, and tourism sectors. Positioned on a 2,005 m² town centre site, the project focuses on cost-efficiency, flood mitigation, accessibility, and modern utilities, with potential for future expansion
